Seeking a bi-lingual operations manager for a startup debris hauling service. You will be responsible for a team of 2-3 men hauling debris and other items to/from job sites. You will be responsible for any and all tasks required to operate a business. You will drive teams to the sites, aid in the removal of debris and take debris to dump sites. This is an incredible opportunity for the right person.
Requirements:
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Bilingual Required
Good driving history
1+ years in commercial construction
Ability to communicate with customers
Sales background a plus
Management experience
Compensation:
You will be paid per trip with incentives and ownership down the road. You will make $25-40.00 per hour, depending on profitability.
