If you are a reliable, always on time, dedicated team player, have a steady hand, are highly detail oriented and love working on returning cars to showroom condition, we may have a position for you as an auto body technician.

The ideal candidate will be:
I-CAR Platinum Certified
ASE Certified
Preferably Porsche Certified
We hold certifications for Tesla, Rivian, Ford, Lexus, and Lucid. We also maintain a dedicated aluminum repair facility for all aluminum repairs. Ongoing education is required as standards and practices are constantly being updated.
We use only OEM replacement parts.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Technology:
You must be technology friendly and comfortable working with computers and the latest diagnostics.
Critical Thinking:
We are looking for problem solvers. We want every vehicle that leaves our lot to look and drive as if it is in showroom condition. You must be able to follow OEM guidelines in the repair work.
Guest Service:
You must be professional and presentable. Although much of your work is done without the guest watching, you must present positive guest service values. Remember, we are working with guests who may be very stressed about the damage and repairs being done to their vehicle. Part of our Mission is to remove the stress from the guest.
Attention to Detail:
You must have an eye for detail in order to do the job right the first time.
Dexterity:
It is important that you have free range of motion in your hands and arms to work with small parts and small spaces.
Technical Skills:
High volume shop. Must have a minimum of 5 years in automotive collision.
Must have your own tools. You must have experience with door skins, rad support, metal work, including aluminum and advanced alloys, and plastic. In addition, you must have experience working on frame machines and electronic measuring (using Car-O-Liner system). Valid Texas driver’s license is helpful. You must take pride in your work and be a team player.
