Commercial interior, skilled carpenter.
Previous experience required.
Must have your own tools -Tools may consist of: Circular Saw, Drill, Hammer, Putty Knives, Sheetrock knife, Tap measure, Level, Safety harness and other miscellaneous tools.
Pay= $18-23/Hr D.O.E (1.5 X Overtime)
Job duties will consist of:
- Acoustical ceiling grid
-door frames and hardware.
-Metal stud framing
- Punch Carpentry
- Touch up Paint
- Drywall (float, tape, texture)
- Trim Adjustment/ Repair
- Appliance Install
- Safety Rails
- Rough Carpentry
Job Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation
- Must have your own tools
- Two forms of identification
