Parkwood Terrace Apartments in Round Rock, TX has an immediate need for a HVAC certified Maintenance Technician
Duties:
-Prepare units to move-in ready condition
-Performs various community maintenance functions
-Responds to resident service requests and issues
-Maintain activity log
-Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Requirements:
-Assist with on-call responsibilities
-Apartment make ready experience
-Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
-HVAC certification
