RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following qualifications must be met to be considered for this position:
Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs on a regular basis.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be available for night/weekend call duty.
Must have the basic knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:
1) plumbing repairs
2) repair/replace locks, smoke
3) repair/replace windows/screens
4) minor appliance repair
5) electrical repairs
6) minor roof repair
7) change AC filters-smoke alarms
8) painting
