We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented ASSISTANT TO BUILDING AND FACILITY MANAGER housed at our location IN ROUND ROCK - but you will be working and driving to different facilities through the week to check on needed repairs and ensure the maintenance team is keeping up with needed repairs and maintenance, checking on quality of work and more.
this requires heavy Administrative Assistant experience to support our Commercial Facility Manager in overseeing the maintenance and operations of multiple properties across North Austin, Lakeway, and Round Rock. This role is 70% office-based with 30% travel to five commercial properties using a company-provided vehicle (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required).
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Data Entry – Maintain maintenance records, enter repair ticket updates into the system, and ensure accurate documentation
Quality Control & Site Visits – Travel to locations to check completed maintenance and repair work against service requests
Vendor & Maintenance Coordination – Communicate with contractors, track work orders, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Scheduling & Communication – Proactively manage your schedule to meet deadlines, coordinate with management teams, and provide updates
Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Stay flexible and proactive in ensuring building repairs and maintenance are efficiently handled
What We’re Looking For:
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry, and database management)

Construction & Building Maintenance Knowledge – Familiarity with commercial building maintenance, remodeling, or repair

Position Details:
Base Location: North Round Rock
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Travel: 30% site visits across North Austin, Lakeway, and Round Rock (Company vehicle provided)
