Custom Builders Austin LLC is seeking skilled Roofing and General Construction/Remodeling Crew Members to join our team as hourly subcontractors. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in roofing installations, repairs, and replacements.
- Perform various remodeling tasks, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and more.
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors and project leads.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roofing, general construction, or remodeling required.
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Time must be tracked using our designated payroll app with clock-in/clock-out procedures for accurate recordkeeping.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $18-$30 per hour, based on experience and skills.
- Timekeeping will be tracked through a payroll app, and payments will be made weekly.
