Skilled Handyman & Team Leader Wanted ($25-$30/hr) Full Time
We are a high-end residential construction company looking for an experienced carpenter with strong team leadership skills. If you take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy leading a team, and want to work on unique, custom projects, this is the opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of tradesmen on-site.
-Read and interpret and follow blueprints, plans, and detailed specifications.
-Ensure projects are completed on time, to quality standards, and within scope.
-Collaborate with other trades and project managers to maintain smooth workflows.
-Efforts to be proactive in preventing and addressing potential delays (see something say something)
What We're Looking For:
-5+ years of proven experience in construction with a strong portfolio of quality work.
-2+ years of carpentry experience.
-Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
-Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
-Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred but Not Required:
-A reliable truck and your own set of tools.
-Experience in custom residential construction or high-end finishes.
