The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from inception through completion, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Salary listed is base range only. Also eligible for a bonus and profit sharing. Review contract documents/drawings and coordinate detailing efforts
Cradle-to-grave contract management of projects
Manage complex projects
Coordinate project requirements with the contractors and engineers
Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers, and customers.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
Generate cost and schedule reports
