Rowe Group LLC invites a skilled full charge bookkeeper to join our dynamic team, continuing the exceptional standards set by our previous bookkeeper. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute significantly to our operations.
Key responsibilities include the management of:
Accounts payables:
performing bank and credit card reconciliations
processing and paying bills
organizing invoices
securing receipts for online and credit card transactions
Proactively ensuring all sales and purchase tax obligations are met before the 20th of each month.
Accounts receivables:
invoicing
tracking incoming payments
processing customer credit card payments
preparing deposits.
Payroll reporting:
Review timesheets for hourly employees
Submit payroll every other Monday
Print payroll reports, record payroll and payroll tax, Quarterly Taxes
Record & print child support checks if needed
Update/track employee records holiday, time off, sick days
Supporting office efficiency through various general and clerical duties.
