If you are an experienced bookkeeper with proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel and are seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.Job Description:As a Wholesale Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our wholesale business. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:Utilizing QuickBooks and MS Excel to accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and general ledger entries.Reconciling bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.Generating and analyzing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.Processing payroll for employees, including calculating wages, preparing payroll tax returns, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing customers, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.Coordinating with sales and purchasing teams to ensure accurate recording of sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory transactions.Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing adjusting journal entries and financial statements for review.Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in a wholesale environment.Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel is required.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including inventory management and cost accounting.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of wholesale industry practices and regulations is a plus.Join our team and contribute to the success of our wholesale business as a valued member of our finance team.
