Eligible Participants Must:
Be 65 years of age or Older
Have Type 2 Diabetes
Have a history of an Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD) event
OR
Have high cholesterol, heart disease, or diabetic neuropathy
Additional qualifications may be evaluated.
