You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service andsupport to resolve inquiries, issues, and concerns efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidatepossesses excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering outstandingcustomer experiences.Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain customer records, track interactions, and document pertinent information.
Generate quotes for products or services based on customer requirements and pricingguidelines.
Accurately enter orders into SAP software program, ensuring all relevant details arecaptured and processed efficiently.
Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate informationand support.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issuesand escalations.
Proficient for problem-solving in complex situations and the ability to think quickly andadapt to changing situations.
Empathy and patience in dealing with customers' concerns and complaints.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with atrack record of excellent customer satisfaction.
