job detailsjob summary:We have a Direct Hire Opportunity for a Senior Electrical Estimator located in Carrolton, TX.! In this role, you will lead a team of 8-10 estimators. Please take a look over some of the required skills and if you're interested please !Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
5-10 years in a similar residential role
1-3 years of field experience

Develop precise and detailed cost estimates for electrical labor, materials, and services through analysis of blueprints, technical documents, and RFIs.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimations meet project goals and deadlines.
Utilize expertise to enhance estimating processes, tools, and software for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive estimations and bid packages, meticulously documenting all financial and project data.
Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders to address any concerns or changes in project requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure estimations remain compliant and competitive.
Continuously evaluate and improve estimation methodologies to optimize project outcomes and profitability.
