Position SummaryWhat you'll doWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resolution Specialist to join our Central Call Center Pharmacy team. As a Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with patients via phone and explaining benefits of clinical services offered by the pharmacy team. Communicate with customers via phone and explain benefits of clinical services offered by the pharmacy team.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our database.
Work with pharmacists and pharmacist technicians to appropriately triage calls.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Adhere to Walmart's code of conduct and values in all interactions.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computers and software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
