Description We are searching for a Senior Mobile Developer with several years of on-the-job experience with .Net MAUI for both iOS and Android to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of complex mobile applications, ensuring high performance, usability, and reliability. You will also be providing technical direction and guidance to junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.Responsibilities: Lead in the design, development, and maintenance of complex mobile applications ensuring high performance, usability, and reliability. Provide technical direction and guidance to junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, backend developers, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance to define and refine project requirements and deliver integrated and seamless mobile solutions. Work closely with technical leads and architects to develop new and existing solutions of varying degrees of complexity. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Develop and implement automated tests to ensure code quality and functionality. Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance. Implement and integrate APIs and web services to support mobile app functionality and data synchronization. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and test cases. Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of mobile applications to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical leadership. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and guide the team in adopting new tools and frameworks.Requirements Proficiency in .net Maui. Strong skills in C Sharp Programming (C#). Extensive experience with Apple iOS. Solid knowledge and experience with Android. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Continuous interest in learning new technologies and techniques. Ability to provide creative and innovative solutions to complex problems. Strong understanding of the mobile development life cycle.
