Description Role Overview:As our Senior Staff Accountant, you'll be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. Your extensive experience and expertise in accounting principles will be essential in driving financial excellence within our organization.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues to maintain the financial health of the organization.Precision and Accuracy: Ensure all financial tasks are completed with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes and streamline operations.Financial Systems Oversight: Oversee and manage financial systems to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.Income and Cost Management: Monitor and track income and costs, analyze financial data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Review and prepare month end closing.Inventory management and allocationsRequirements Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP solutions (e.g., QuickBooks, Acumatica).Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets.Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
