You will work to create a top-tier experience for our members and proactively assist with their financial services needs by opening accounts, submitting loan applications, problem-solving member issues, building relationships, and educating members on additional products and services to improve their financial lives.See below for more info:Create a Top-Tier experience for members in branch, drive thru and over the phone. Engage members on financial products and services using a needs-based approach. Open new accounts and products including savings, checking, debit cards, money market, CDs, and select loan products for consumer members. Problem-solve member issues of a basic nature through various communication channels including in-branch, phone, email, etc.Actively participate in volunteer events through our Greater Good program.
