Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Cleburne, 201 Walls Dr., Cleburne, TX 76033Work hours: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Rotating schedule with weekend and holidays required.Highlights:· Texas Health Cleburne is a 137-bed, full-service hospital that has served the Cleburne area since 1986. Whether you want to work in emergency services or preventive care, Texas Health Cleburne welcomes you to join our family.Here’s What You Need:· Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program required.· 6+ months as a LVN in an acute care hospital setting or completion or THR residency program required.· LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire required.· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.· A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Do:· Provide team nursing care to the Med Surg Telemetry unit to provide support and assistance to the Registered Nurses and Staff.· Collaborates with team to facilitate hourly rounding and initiates action to meet patient and families need for information.· Takes action to reduce/eliminate patient risks.· Collects data and reports significant findings to RN.· Safely administers medication in accordance with medication administration guidelines.· Individualizes care measures to reflect specific patient population.
