MRO Specialist

The MRO Specialist will have the responsibility to complete the work associated to the design of the MRO global business process, including its socialization to business stakeholders and preparation of associated training content.

Additional responsibilities include support of MRO and inventory data mapping and data migration activities owned by the business, as well as execution of the UAT strategy Assignment

Deliverables will include, but are not limited to:

UAT Strategy Plan

Global SOP/WIs

System Manual

UAT Scripting

Training Content Creation

Leading Training Sessions (Ad Hoc)

Technical/Engineering Protocols generation and execution.

Technical Review of Data Mapping

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering/science/business administration field

At least 1 Year of experience working on a regional or global setting.

At least 3 years’ experience in MRO/Inventory business process in life sciences industry

At least 3 years’ experience in CMMS Inventory Management Module

HP ALM experience is preferred

Proficient in English (verbal, reading, writing)
