This position is responsible for creating Memorandum of Agreement’s (MOAs), contract and MOA amendments, non-disclosure agreements, addendums to customer contracts and vendor contracts and customer quotes. This position will also track all division agreements, proposals, and quotes through the development and approval cycle. Furthermore, the Proposal Administrator I will work closely with the ILEPSE business office to coordinate pre-award and post-award activities to include contract deliverable tracking and agreement expiration dates. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

No years of experience required (Two years of experience with an Associate’s degree or four years of experience with a high school diploma or GED).

Essential Duties, Tasks, and Percentages:Proposal Development - 30% Effort

Provides support to ILEPSE staff (training managers, instructors and/or division director) in the preparation and submission of proposals, which includes determining sponsor requirements and preparation of budgets/forms, according to appropriate guidelines. Prepares supplementary proposal documents with moderate supervision and ensures proposals are complete before being forwarded to the sponsor.

Prepares proposal revisions and responds to requests related to proposal submissions.

Communicates guidelines and proposal requirements to ILEPSE staff.

Coordinates with ILEPSE staff and customers to resolve proposal issues. Provides information as requested.

Reviews proposals for compliance issues.

Acquires basic knowledge on relevant matters regarding proposal preparation.

Reviews program announcements, and with moderate direction, determines pertinent proposal requirements.

Enters proposal information into required submission and financial systems.

Agreement and Quote Development - 20% Effort

At the request of ILEPSE staff, creates Memorandum of Agreement’s (MOAs), contract and MOA amendments, non-disclosure agreements, addendums to customer contracts and vendor contracts and customer quotes.

Proposal and Agreement Tracking - 20% Effort

Tracks all division agreements, proposals and quotes through the development and approval cycle.

TEEX Headquarters Departments support -30% Effort

Works on special projects for the TEEX Headquarters Strategic and Education Services department.

Provides support to TEEX Headquarters staff in the preparation and submission of proposals. Other duties may be assigned.
