Growing together .The Clinic-based Growth Account Lead will be the main point of contact for growth for a select number of clinics within the market. The associate will partner directly with the clinic administrator and other personnel within the clinic organizational structure to both present opportunities as well as find opportunities for growth. This role will be lead like-minded individuals and will have the opportunity to collaborate and share best practices on a regular basis. This role will be responsible for representing all growth opportunities for each of the clinics they are assigned and will be measured on the organic growth of their assigned clinics. This role will directly report to the Clinic-based Growth Director for the market. This is a hybrid role that requires regular travel, mostly to clinics in the market.Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and continuing to optimize relationships with providers, other clinicians, and all clinic-based staff members in assigned clinics
Responsible for implementing, measure and providing feedback on how to improve the growth operating model in assigned clinics
Responsible for partnering with the clinic staff and the local marketing team to obtain and communicate clinic-based and clinical-based updates - including bio cards, photos and more
Support marketing and broker-based growth strategies within assigned clinics
Responsible for regularly visiting clinics to ensure marketing materials and updated and signage is optimized
Submit clinic and provider-focused ideas for marketing events and materials/strategies to growth-based partners
Lead and partner with team members to share best practices
Create and execute regular conversations with physicians, clinic administrators and staff to understand participation and interest levels in marketing, advertising and community opportunities
Represent growth metrics and progress in regular clinic-based meetings by presenting marketing, growth and advertising efforts and their corresponding results
Support and share enterprise marketing campaigns/opportunities with your team to implement them in the clinics based on their individual needs/opportunities
Understands compliance rules and regulations and CMS guidelines
Performs all other related duties as assigned

4+ years of experience in working in account management or a growth-driven environment
Knowledge and/or experience in health care and/or insurance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proven track record of creating and optimizing professional relationships and leading others
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory and spend time in clinic environment
This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of disease
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in executing growth-related strategies
Knowledge of SalesForce or another CRM
Understanding of marketing and broker channels
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work
