This position is responsible for:
Leasing
Renewals
Management of apts., buildings, and grounds
Tenant relationship and building
Property policy enforcement
Coordination of vendors service
Ability to prioritize multiple task
Availability to support tenants which might include Saturday work and or after hours on call
Qualified candidate must be able to pass background and criminal record check
