Job description
We are looking for a skilled office professional to manage daily activities of the front office and run the daily administrative operations in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will be a competent, dedicated, hard-working professional able to take on a variety of office support tasks and work diligently. Minimum of five (5) years working as an Office admin for companies with 10-40 employees, or similar role is required. MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION OR REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE. Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and skills relevant to the position. You will support operations in multiple cities and you will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities
Draft and send correspondences, emails and other formal documents such as job proposals and invoices
Process different types of applications when required
Manage expense reports, and job expenses
Receive, arrange, and pay bills and invoices
Help to Manage and Maintain Quickbooks.
Assist with payroll
Prepare financial reports
Other duties as assigned
Office maintenance
Maintain the company's social media accounts
Skills
Experience developing standard operating procedures preferred
Experience with the Construction industry is preferred
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Bilingual English/Spanish, able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently is a plus
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in a written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems in a creative manner
Must demonstrate the ability to learn and apply procedures
Must display a friendly and helpful attitude with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and co-workers
Must be able to work effectively independently and with others in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to handle working under the pressure of intense deadlines
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality- must be reliable, punctual and flexible.

Pay: $54,579.00 - $59,967.00 per year
