Building and Office Space Management Experience Required.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to oversee a 10-story, 97,000 square-foot multi-tenant office building. Please note candidates with experience limited to APARTMENT or WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a minimum of five years of office building management experience. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a college degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the multi-tenant office building, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive tenant experience.
Plan, budget, and manage building maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
Prepare, review, and manage operating budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services such as cleaning, HVAC and maintenance.
Work closely with the CEO to manage tenant retention, lease renewals, and occupancy rates.
Maintain accurate records, including lease agreements, financial reports, and maintenance logs.
