Established Gutter and Gutter Protection Company is hiring for a Project Manager to run the installation and service department for our Dallas office. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of 52,000 to 60,000 per year and health benefits after 90 days. We are looking for a leader that can recruit, train, and motivate sub-contractors, manage multiple jobs at a time, and work closely with our sales and marketing departments.
Job Responsibilities:
⢠Recruit and train subcontractors
⢠Schedule jobs
⢠Perform day to day paperwork entry
⢠Handle any service issues
⢠Work closely with the sales and marketing department
Job Requirements:
⢠Must have valid driverâs license
⢠Must be able to work off a ladder
⢠Must be able to pass a background check
⢠Must have a truck or van
⢠Must have a laptop computer (knowledge of excel/word)
⢠2-5 years of residential construction experience (experience with gutters/fascia/soffit/gutter guards)
