Stat Team Inc., is currently hiring reliable staff to conduct surveys with visitors at workplaces throughout the Denton and Collin County region.
This position begins on Wednesday, September 17 and we will be conducting surveys in Denton/Collin Counties for the next two weeks. Surveys take place Monday - Thursday and shifts are approximately 10 hours per day.
Once surveys are completed in Denton and Collin Counties, staff may continue work in Tarrant County if you choose. Related work will continue throughout December.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Staff will be stationed outside of a place of business within Denton or Collin County. The work location will change each day, and could be any type of business or workplace, including retail establishments, repair shops, office buildings, etc. Please note that in most cases, you will be standing outside the business and exposed to the elements. It will be critical that you are prepared with proper attire, plenty of cold water and additional sun protection such as a UV umbrellas. As people approach the business, staff will ask them to take part in a brief survey (approximately two and a half minutes) regarding their visit to the business. The answers will be recorded using a client provided tablet device. The data collected during the survey will be used in planning and forecasting for Texas roadways and transportation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to drive to different locations throughout Denton and/or Collin County for each shift.
Must be able to work OUTDOORS and on your feet for long periods of time.
Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
Must be friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with strangers.
Must be a regular user of smart phones/tablets.
Must be able to provide valid ID to fulfil I-9 requirements.
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Thursday for the next two to three weeks. Additional related work will continue in the greater DFW metro area throughout December. Shifts will be 8-10 hours per day. Staff must be flexible to start any time between 5am and noon. Most shifts begin earlier than 9am.
TRAINING DATE/TIME: Wednesday, September 17 - 5:00am-3:00pm
TRAINING LOCATION: TBD - Denton County
REPORT LOCATIONS: Denton and Collin County Workplaces – location changes daily.
PAY: $20.00 per hour. We pay weekly via direct deposit (W-2 position).
