Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal in the Manufacturing industry. The position will be based in Dallas, Texas, and will involve managing various legal matters including litigation, labor & employment, and regulatory matters. You will be working closely with outside counsel and will play a key role in managing legal procedures within the organization. Responsibilities: Manage all litigation, labor & employment matters, and other arising legal issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for outside counsel. Assist with preparation and tracking of litigation holds and ensure compliance with court, statutory, and other deadlines. Provide eDiscovery project management and technical support to attorneys. Assist with collection and review of records in connection with internal investigations, third-party subpoenas, and similar matters. Support and maintain corporate records program, including maintenance of record retention schedules. Monitor, maintain, and provide departmental support for legal technology software/applications. Collaborate and communicate with a variety of teams throughout the organization. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.Requirements Proven experience in a Paralegal role within the manufacturing industry Skilled in using Case Management Software, such as Relativity, for effective case handling and document review Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for efficient interaction with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders Expertise in Construction Litigation and Commercial Litigation Experience in Document Review, Discovery, and Discovery Responses, including e-Discovery Excellent skills in Calendaring to manage and schedule meetings and appointments effectively Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Bachelor's degree in law or related field is preferred Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program is desirable.This is an exciting litigation paralegal opportunity in a corporation!
