$69,000 - $73,000/yr. + quarterly bonus
$2,000 Hiring Bonus (paid after 90 days of employment)

THE REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience managing ahigh volume restaurant.
Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
A stable and progressive work history, strong work ethic, and credible references.
A strong knowledge of restaurant or coffee operations including staff supervision, food quality, safety, and superior guest service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, as much as length of shift.
Ability to push, pull, lift and carry materials up to 25lbs or more.
Repetitive hand motion for extended periods of time.
Ability to endure various physical movements throughout work areas including but not limited to, reaching, bending, twisting, kneeling and stooping.
Pass an airport-mandated background check performed by the TSA and FBI.
