Duties

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Stay updated on current culinary trends related to sushi and Japanese cuisine.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests about menu items and making recommendations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices, including proper food handling techniques.
Familiarity with dietary requirements and the ability to accommodate special requests from guests.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
