Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in upscale, fine dining environments
No more than 2–3 positions held within the past 5 years
Responsibilities:
Oversee all sushi bar operations, ensuring consistency, precision, and creativity in every dish
Lead, train, and manage the sushi team to deliver high-performance execution in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, in alignment with the brand and luxury dining expectations
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to curate and evolve the sushi menu, integrating seasonal and premium ingredients
