Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $33,280 to $52,650 per year ($16-$22 per hour)

Location: Inside the Dallas Farmers Market – 100% AC

Sunday through Thursday: 7pm - Midnight

Friday and Saturday: 7pm - 2am

Job Description:

We’re looking for two experienced and passionate Pizza Makers to join our kitchen team. As part of Bellatrino Pizzeria, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting our signature pizzas, adhering to the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities Include:

Hand-stretching dough for authentic Neapolitan pizza

Crafting pizzas with fresh, top-quality ingredients

Operating a wood-fired oven for the perfect crust

Learning to make fresh cheese and dough from scratch

Requirements:

Experience as a Pizza Maker, ideally with Neapolitan-style pizza

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work evening shifts

A team player with excellent communication skills

Culinary training or certification is a plus, but not required
