Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to restaurant standards.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
Assist with prep work, stocking, and daily setup.
Work efficiently with the culinary team to ensure smooth service.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
Previous experience as a cook or line cook (Italian cuisine experience a plus).
Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail are a must.
Positive attitude and passion for food.
