Daily Rate: $120 – $140 per day, based on experience
Spears Community Homes is hiring compassionate Direct Care Staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living and medication administration
Prepare meals and provide behavior support
Support community outings and transportation
Maintain a safe, clean environment and document care
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and clear background check
CPR/First Aid preferred (training available)
Ability to provide full care, including for wheelchair-bound clients
Must be able to work flexible shifts (days, weekends, some holidays)
