When it comes to our patient experience, our Front Office personnel are expected to provide exceptional customer service to leave a lasting first and last impression on our patients. This position is entry level and will be the face of our clinic covering a wide scope of responsibilities such as but not limited to:
-Providing excellent customer service
-Handling patient questions regarding in office services
-Answering multi-lined telephones
-Scheduling and confirming appointments
-Office upkeep and organization
-Data entry
-Patient balance collections
-Review and enter new patient registration
-Clear understanding of insurance plans to ensure proper appointment scheduling and financial explanations
-Operation of standard office equipment such as computers, fax machine, and scanners
-Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
-Adhere to company dress and appearance requirements
-Positive contribution to a valued team
-Perform other projects/tasks as assigned
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-Customer Service: minimum 1 year required
-Medical office experience: minimum 6 months to a year preferred
-Multi tasking and attention to detail
- Communication and organization skills
