Our owner spent 17 years contracting in different trades & held 2 different contracts washing windows & although both were with entirely different companies, he made the same industry standard 20% & tips if those offices "felt like paying it".
He was over worked & under paid,
So, Alex broke away to be independent long enough to build up his resources so he could disrupt the status quo.
Window cleaning is a cash cow industry, based on the number of successfully completed jobs. And there is no shortage of windows to be cleaned!
His philosophy is to not be greedy.
So, he built a company that rewards its hardest working personell, Our contractors!
At Helios Window Cleaning
We pay our Sales Techs 40% commission & there is opportunity for perks as well!
You can make $200- $300- $400- $500 or even $600+ in a day and it all depends on you!
Example: jobs average $200 a job × 40% commission is $80
With practice, At least 1 in 50 knocks will schedule,
knock about 45 homes an hour for 6 hours = 270 homes conservatively.
270 ÷ 50 = 5.4 [5.4 sales × $80 in commision = $432] a day,
Realistically, jobs average a little more AND with practice, you can do better than 1 in 50.
8 hrs = 360 homes can average about 7 sales
Hours for sales can be 10 am-6 pm or 11-7
12-8 during summer as examples, the more you knock, the more you'll sale! If you want to knock 8:30 am to 8 pm.
You knock as much as you can, just not before 8 am or after 8pm. there will be incentives for top producing salesman.
We need MOTIVATED people!

IF your not comfortable being rejected alot, this position isn't for you.
It's the YES's that make this job worth while! And nobody is micro managing you
Our current sales Manager (Danny) will assign neighborhoods to knock, the rest is on you. There is an abundance of YouTube inspiration to help learn pointers, but the confidence is in knowing repetition is the key
If you knock them, you will sale!
Our Window techs do NOT make the [industry standard] 20% which averages to be $40 an hour.
With us, window cleaning techs are paid 30% + Tips & average $60 an hour!
Our Sales techs are trained to be honest & fair with the home owners. (Offer to include any hard water removal for a little extra)
This 1 communication clarifys what the customer expects & what they are paying for.
Our Window techs are able to perform their jobs without stressing the conclusion or having to upsell to do their job to meet customer satisfaction
We pay via direct deposit weekly
For our Service techs, We are diligent to include any tips you've earned from credit card payments
Our Salesman are paid straight commision with incentives, no cap!
