Window cleaning is a cash cow industry, based on the number of successfully completed jobs. And there is no shortage of windows needing to be cleaned! Its low over-head and extremely profitable!
His philosophy is to not be greedy.
So, he built a company that rewards it's hardest working personel, Our contractors!
At Helios Window Cleaning
We pay our Sales Techs 40% initial commission + 20% on repeat business!
So, salesman can litteraly book a new customer, get paid their 40% then get paid 20% each time that customer books future cleanings simply because you sold the initial job and we appreciate our team!
And you never even talk to them again
You can make $200- $300- $400- $500 or even $600+ in a day and it all depends on you!
Example for salesman: jobs average $200 a job × 40% commission = $80
With practice, At least 1 in 50 knocks will book with us,
knock about 45 homes an hour for 6 hours = 270 homes conservatively knocked a day.
270 ÷ 50 = 5.4 [5.4 sales × $80 in commision = $432] a day,
Realistically,
The average price of a job is more than $200 AND with practice, you can do better than 1 sale for every 50 doors knocked.
8 hrs of knocking = Can average upwards of 360 homes, that can produce ABOUT 7 sales for you!
YOU determine your hours, The more you knock, the more you'll sale! If you want to knock 8:30 am to 8 pm. That's cool too!
Some examples of time frames for structure can be:
10 am-6 pm/ 11-7 or even 12-8.
You knock as much as you can, just not before 8 am or after 8pm. there will be incentives for top producing salesman.

IF your not comfortable being rejected ALOT, then this position isn't for you. Most people will have an excuse at the door, IF they answer. Its the yes' that make this a very profitable position. Low over-head expenses!

If you put in the time to knock and build confidence, It's not that difficult to make over $100k selling window cleaning services, part time! In the evenings.

We do (Offer to include any hard-water/calcium deposit removal for a little extra) because cleaning hard water and calcium is considered Restoration work in the industry.

This 1 communication clarifies what the customer expects and what they are paying for.
That way it can bump up the total for a higher commision AND Our Window techs are able to perform their jobs without stressing the conclusion or having to upsell to do their job to meet customer satisfaction
We pay via direct deposit, weekly through ADP (America's largest payroll service)
Our Salesman are paid straight commision with incentives, no cap!
