DC Supervisor
Pay $24 to $25 Per HR-Depends on Experience
Leading beauty and wellness company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join their team. We are looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve operational excellence while leading by example, propelling growth and innovation within their respective department.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise: Oversee day-to-day department operations, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources. Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a diverse team of employees ranging from 10 to 40 individuals.
Team Development: Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency by optimizing processes, workflows, and procedures. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team performance.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety awareness.
Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication channels between team, other departments, and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and resolve any operational issues.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams ranging from 10 to 40 employees.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and inspire team members.
Quantifiable accomplishments in improving operational efficiency and productivity.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual skills . Spanish/English A Plus
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
