DFW Linens and Laundry is GROWING and seeking a full time Production Supervisor that speaks Spanish and English to lead a team of 4-6 employees and ensure our laundry facility is producing a quality product efficiently. DFW Linen and Laundry Services processes laundry for commercial business such as hotels, party and event venues and other specialty style businesses. (no personal laundry is processed!) We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, people focused to help lead and develop our first shift production team in processing the laundry from start to finish, manage our quality, identify issues during the process and correct them, and make our delivery times consistently. This position is a 7-3 position, Monday- Friday, with the possibility for overtime during peak seasons. Laundry specific experience isn't necessary as we will provide training but is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage 4-6 employees, to produce a quality product thru teamwork and attention to detail.
Maintain accurate customer data.
Ensure all processes are followed
Ensure output of completed laundry meets customer and company standards
mentor and develop the team
Support operations with inventory replenishment.
What You Get:
Paid Training
Hourly pay rate; $14.50-$16.50
Direct Deposit- paid every two weeks
PTO and Paid Holidays
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in supervising or managing people
Ability to lift and carry loads (up to 50lbs) safely as needed
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good adaptability skills
