This is an intermediate to advanced-level hybrid role combining recruitment, administrative support, and cleaning supervision. The ideal candidate is a motivated multitasker with excellent people skills and a strong work ethic who is eager to grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for cleaning positions
Conduct phone and in-person interviews
Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires
Supervise and evaluate new employees on job sites
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records
Collect and distribute necessary materials and documentation
Monitor and report on employee hours and job performance
Perform and assist with cleaning duties as needed
Provide general clerical and administrative support
Requirements:
Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone etiquette for inbound and outbound calls
Attention to detail and ability to take clear notes
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks and work on-site
Professional, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
