Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking a Construction Lead for Denton, TX.
Monday- Saturday 6:30am- 5 pm some Sundays
Weekly pay $20-$24 depending on experience
Duties
Must have experience as a lead .
Will be in responsible that all workers finish their duties.
Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
Organize tools and equipment to maintain an orderly workspace.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
Requirements,
Must have all PPE
Physical stamina: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within designated shifts.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members on-site.
Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills Ability to follow instructions and report issues effectively.
Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
Must be bilingual
