Join our team as a Fence Lead for fence projects! We are looking for a responsible, hard-working, positive, and diligent person to lead our fence crew.
We will mostly install fences but we will have some sod and sprinkler jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Fence Installation: Know how to build a fence and follow our company guidelines and procedures. Your role will demand leadership, problem solving skills, speed, an eye for detail, and accuracy to ensure every job site is left clean and meets our high standards of quality.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT WELL EXPERIENCED IN BUILDING FENCES!
Who are we looking for?
- You MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION to and from the main office/job sites
- You MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Must be able to fill out a W4
- Someone who is a TEAM PLAYER, HARD WORKING, QUICK LEARNER, and RESPONSIBLE
- No Illegal substances (drugs, alcohol, etc) allowed on the job sites
- MUST be able to work 7 to 10 hours
- MUST come in proper attire ready to work (no flip flops, etc)
- Pay is per job. The per day pay ranges from $200-$400
- Pay depends on work ethic and efficiency
