Job Description: We seek an experienced and driven Excavation Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, leading teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of workers on-site
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations
Communicating project progress with clients and management
Problem-solving and providing technical guidance
Overseeing quality control and ensuring work meets our high standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Excavation Foreman or similar role
Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and plans
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
