I have recently purchased a home in a gated community in Fort Worth, Texas. The house is a lovely, one-story brick home in a great neighborhood (gated community), but it needs some serious internal updating/decorating. I am looking for a skilled craftsman/fine carpenter who can bring my traditional, "southern-living," colonial vision to life (beautiful crown molding, wainscoting, ornate built-in bookshelves, moldings, trim, paneling, etc.) I have pictures and ideas for each room. I need the right person with the right experience and tools to bring my vision to life. The house is approximately 2400 sqft. No one will be living in the home during renovations, and there will be no furniture to work around. I leave the state for work frequently and need someone who can effectively manage a project independently, and keep my home safe (lock up the house effectively, unplug tools, be responsible/organized).
I am looking for someone who is detail-oriented, understands the vision, and is trustworthy (with a clean background). I am seeking someone to begin working on the project in early November.
