Maintenance Personnel Requirements
Pay Rate: $16-$20hr DOE
◦ Supply own basic hand tools. (Specialty tools provided by DB)

Allen wrenches
◦ English Speaking (Fluent)
◦ Flexible Schedule
◦ Mechanical Experience (Minimum 2 years)
◦ Production Line Experience
◦ Basic Electrical & Automation knowledge
◦ Good Communication Skills to manager
◦ Shows up to work on time and leaves at end of shift
◦ Clock in and out correctly
◦ High school diploma or GED
◦ Troubleshooting experience
◦ Preventative Maintenance experience
◦ Ability to lift 50lbs or more consistently
◦ Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
◦ Knowledge of GMP
◦ Time management and organizational skills
◦ Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
◦ Lock out tag out
◦ Ability to work in a hot and cold environment depending on weather.
◦ Able to work in confined spaces when needed.
◦ Understanding of PPE requirements
◦ Ability to respond to emergency breakdowns.
◦ Attention to detail
◦ Capable of working by themselves or with a team
Bonus qualifications looking for
Experienced in HVAC (Minimum Journeyman technician for two years)
Experienced in Plumbing (minimum Apprentice Technician for two years)
Experienced Metal Fabricator (minimum Fabricator for two years)
