Part-Time House Manager & Family Assistant (with Light Childcare and Meal Prep Support)
Location: Dallas, TX 75218
Employment Type: Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00–6:00 PM (flexible evenings).
Compensation: $32–36/hour based on experience.

About Us
We are a warm, creative family of five with three curious kids and a variety of pets. Our children are lively, bright, and enjoy a routine. We have a neurodivergent child, an artistic oldest, and a funny youngest. We also share our home with three dogs and guinea pigs. Mom is focused on family and creative projects, while Dad has a busy, unpredictable work schedule.
Who We Need
We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, patient, and comfortable in a high-energy environment. If you can keep up with the chaos, love dogs and kids, and communicate clearly, we want to hear from you! Spanish speakers are preferred to help our kids with language practice.
Key Responsibilities
Household Organization & Maintenance: Manage family schedules, household organization (closets, pantry, toys), and prepare for cleaning service. Assist with seasonal transitions and coordinate donations.
Inventory & Errands: Restock household items, run errands (groceries, dry cleaning, gifts, returns), and manage online orders.
Meal Support: Help prep family dinners twice a week, grocery shop, and follow dietary preferences (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian).
Laundry & Linens: Handle family laundry (clothes, bedding, towels) and manage linens.
Pet Care: Walk two dogs, coordinate vet and grooming, and support guinea pig care.
Vehicle Upkeep: Maintain family vehicles, schedule regular maintenance, and keep vehicles organized.
Family & Child Assistance: Provide light after-school supervision, help with homework, and assist with school schedules and tutoring.
Deep Cleaning & Special Projects: Help with occasional deep cleaning and special organizing tasks.
Requirements
Maintain a smoke-free environment.
Must pass background check.
Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available).
Comfortable around large dogs and small pets.
Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred.
