We are seeking an experienced Tree Cutter to work on our apartment community projects in East Dallas. This is an Independent Contractor position and pay is by the job, not hourly.

Type: Tree cutting and removal work
Pay: By the job, based on scope of work
Contractor must supply their own chainsaw, tools, and equipment
Requirements:
Must have proven experience cutting and removing trees
Must have own chainsaw and reliable transportation
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and complete jobs on time
Must be detail-oriented and professional
Scope of Work:
Cutting and trimming trees in and around apartment communities
Removing branches, fallen trees, and other related debris
Following community safety guidelines and completing work to professional standards
