Level Resources, a staffing agency, is currently hiring an experienced TIG Welder with strong fabrication skills for a client in the Mesquite area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with weekly pay and long-term potential.
About the Position:
You will be helping to fabricate commercial grills, rotisseries, and smokers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and confident in both TIG welding and fabrication.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Paid weekly (Fridays)
Pay Rate:
$20 – $24 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Fit, fabricate, and assemble components accurately
Measure, cut, and prep materials for welding
Inspect welds and parts for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
Recent TIG welding experience (within the last 2–4 years)
Strong fabrication skills; able to work independently
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Proficient with measuring tools, hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment
High attention to detail and quality
Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
Welding certifications (a plus, but not required)
Experience with other welding methods (Stick, MIG)
Background in manufacturing or construction environments
