Process Technician - for a manufacturing car company 2nd / 3rd shift
PAY: 25 - 30
Experience in injection molding is a MUST.
Process Optimization: Monitor and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, or materials to minimize downtime.
Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process adjustments, production data, and any issues encountered.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to implement process improvements.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to company safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
Work environment that encompasses both office spaces and advanced manufacturing facilities specializing in plastic injection molding technology.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is critical for ensuring the quality of automotive components.
Training in regulatory requirements for automotive and EV industries to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Software : IQMS, SAP, OA, ADP, TESLA Portal, ETC.
Mold Repair Technician - Injection molding company. 25-30
As a Mold Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and change of molds to support production efficiency. Your role will involve hands-on technical tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring the longevity of equipment by applying preventive maintenance strategies.
Perform daily mold maintenance and preventive maintenance.
Execute mold changes to meet production schedules.
Conduct mold repairs to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
Utilize welding techniques to fix mold components as required.
Operate lathe, milling, and surface grinding machines for mold repairs and modifications.
Software IQMS, SAP, OA, ADP, TESLA Portal, ETC.
