Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
AP Experience/Responsibilities: 2 years of experience required
Review, verify, & organize invoices and accuracy
Process and set invoices in SAP
Provide documentation for audits
Maintain and update vendor records
Work closely with team
1099 or tax filing experience
Sage Software experience
HR Experience/Responsibilities: 1 year of experience
Provide admin support to the HR department
Manage employee records
Answer employee questions and concerns
Assist with recruitment
Coordinate training
